Royal Caribbean International (RCI) has announced the opening of the Royal Beach Club on Paradise Island, set to debut in Dec. 2025. This new offering will be the first in the brand’s Royal Beach Club Collection, promising a fresh, all-inclusive option to recommend to clients.
Located on the iconic beaches of Paradise Island, the Royal Beach Club will blend Royal Caribbean’s signature features with the vibrant culture and spirit of the Bahamas. Highlights include multiple pools tailored to different atmospheres, the world’s largest swim-up bar, beach access and dining venues offering local Bahamian cuisine. Visitors will also enjoy live music and the opportunity to explore works by Bahamian artisans.
The Best of the Bahamas
The Royal Beach Club aims to deliver a next-level destination experience with The Bahamas. Vacationers will have the option to purchase all-inclusive day passes and reserve cabanas starting in Spring 2025. This addition to Royal Caribbean’s portfolio presents an exciting opportunity for travel agents to showcase a unique, immersive beach experience to their clients.
“The Royal Beach Club Collection is designed for every type of family and vacationer to get everything they want out of their ideal beach day—no matter the vibe they’re looking for,” said Michael Bayley, President and CEO, Royal Caribbean International, in a press statement. “With the first-of-its-kind Royal Beach Club Paradise Island, we continue to super-serve our guests with a tailored experience at one of our most highly visited destinations, building on nearly five decades of collaboration with the community and government of The Bahamas.”
Spanning 17 acres on the western end of Paradise Island, vacationers can enjoy access to all amenities with the purchase of a day pass. The Club includes three swim-up bars, seven beach bars, more than 40 cabanas—including the one-of-a-kind Ultimate Family Cabana with personal attendant service—and three different zones for cruisers to enjoy.
- Family Beach: Perfect for all ages, this area features the Shallow End zero-entry pool, beach games like tug-of-war and paddle ball, and the Ultimate Family Cabana, a 2-story retreat with a slide, whirlpool and frozen drink machine.
- Chill Beach: Relaxation takes center stage with poolside lounging at The Deep End, local artisan shopping and savoring Caribbean cuisine.
- Party Cove: Keep the energy up at The Floating Flamingo, the world’s largest swim-up bar, or enjoy VIP service and stunning views at the exclusive Party Cove area.
Starting in 2025, travelers will have expanded access to Nassau and the Royal Beach Club through cruises departing from six cities, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Port Canaveral (Orlando), Cape Liberty (New York), Galveston and Baltimore. Options range from short getaways on Utopia of the Seas to weeklong adventures aboard Symphony of the Seas.
The Royal Beach Club Paradise Island joins Royal Caribbean’s growing portfolio of premier destinations, including Perfect Day at CocoCay, Royal Beach Club Cozumel debuting in 2026 and Perfect Day Mexico in 2027.
