Paul Gauguin Cruises has extended its Tempting Tahiti promotion, giving your clients more time to take advantage of the offer. The line is providing $1,000 in shipboard credit per stateroom or suite on select 2025 and all 2026 departures. Bookings made by Nov. 15, 2025, qualify for this credit, which can be applied toward shore excursions, spa services, onboard shopping, and other onboard purchases.

Paul Gauguin: New, Improved & Family-Friendly

The m/s Paul Gauguin underwent a multimillion-dollar refurbishment earlier this year. Updates include a redesigned Le Grill restaurant, a reconfigured pool deck with shaded cabanas and new connecting staterooms to accommodate the growing demand for multigenerational travel. The ship’s exterior received a refreshed livery reflecting the parent company, PONANT EXPLORATIONS GROUP. Sustainable technology improvements were also added, such as a new seawater filtration system. These enhancements maintain the vessel’s intimate atmosphere and warm design while reinforcing its environmental commitment. The ship offers an overwater “bungalow” experience, sailing through turquoise lagoons, coral gardens and private beaches.

Paul Gauguin Cruises will continue its Moana Explorer Program for a seventh consecutive year in 2027, with 12 scheduled voyages on the m/s Paul Gauguin. Developed in partnership with Te mana o te moana, a leading marine education and conservation foundation in the South Pacific, the complimentary program provides educational activities for children aged six to 15. The program engages young guests with hands-on experiences both onboard and ashore, focusing on the region’s coral reefs, endemic species and ecosystems.

Activities vary by itinerary and may include guided snorkeling, crafts such as natural jewelry making and Polynesian tattoo design, water experiments, treasure hunts, stargazing, pool games and board games that introduce marine life concepts. The program is included in the all-inclusive cruise fare at no additional cost.

The Moana Explorer Program is available on select 2025 voyages and 11 departures in 2026, as well as 12 voyages in 2027. The 2027 schedule includes seven- to 14-night itineraries covering Tahiti, the Society Islands, Tuamotus, Marquesas and the Cook Islands. Specific sailings with overnight stays in Bora Bora, Moorea, Tahiti, Raiatea, Fakara, Rangiroa, Huahine, Aitutaki and Rarotonga are part of the program. Notable dates include June 9, June 19, June 26, July 3, July 17, July 24, Aug. 4, Aug. 14, Aug. 21, Aug. 28, Dec. 18, and Dec. 29, 2027.

Families benefit from the program as children 17 and younger sail free when sharing a suite or stateroom with their parents.
