Palladium Hotel Group and COYA Group will debut COYA Beach this summer in Ibiza, marking the first time the Latin American-inspired brand expands beyond dining into guest stays. The new destination blends the brand’s signature energy with island life in Playa d’en Bossa.

At the heart of the opening are the brand’s first guestrooms and suites, located just steps from COYA Beach. The accommodations extend the brand’s atmosphere from day to night, connecting beachside gatherings with private, restful spaces. Each guestroom and suite carries it’s signature design style through warm wood tones, natural materials and subtle Latin influences that complement Ibiza’s coastal setting.
The guestrooms are part of BLESS Ibiza, The Site, a luxury complex that merges hospitality, gastronomy, art, fashion and retail. COYA joins a lineup of restaurants positioned within the property’s gastronomic hub, adding to Ibiza’s growing appeal as a culinary destination.
Guests staying in the new accommodations receive direct access to the COYA Beach lifestyle. Privileges include a welcome drink at the COYA Pisco Bar, direct beach access, priority reservations, preferred sun-bed access and dedicated guest relations. Each stay also connects guests to COYA Rewards, the brand’s global loyalty program that offers benefits across its international locations.
Accommodation options range from the COYA Vista Rooms, which feature private balconies, to the more secluded COYA Selva Rooms, which offer private gardens and jacuzzis. At the top tier, the COYA Mirador Suite offers a private rooftop terrace with sea views, jacuzzi and Balinese bed, designed for guests looking for a quiet Ibiza retreat.
COYA Ibiza also introduces a retail component, curated around design and culture. Partnerships include Orlebar Brown, presenting a branded capsule collection, and APM Monaco, offering its Meteorites collection alongside a new summer line.
