Oceania Unveils Values Program For Guests

Oceania Cruises has announced a new program entitled Your World Included, which features an updated selection of built-in amenities for guests aboard Oceania’s cruise ships.

In conjunction with its brand, Your World. Your Way, your clients can now appreciate automatic shipboard gratuities added to their cruise fare for stateroom attendants, butlers and dining staff. Gratuities were previously added selectively, either as perks for travel partners and loyalty club members or guests from specific regions of the world.

Additional Your World Included amenities range from dining at gourmet specialty restaurants to unlimited WiFI, group fitness classes, in-room dining, free sodas, coffees, and tea, laundry service and other offerings.

Gratuities Included

Based on guest feedback, the change highlights what guests value and prefer while sailing with Oceania, with included gratuities at the top of the list.

“Oceania Cruises’ promises to show our guests Your World. Your Way has been at the heart of our business since we launched more than 20 years ago. The change has come following feedback from guests, highlighting that they would prefer that we include amenities valued by all versus amenities valued by some,” said Frank A. Del Rio, President of Oceania Cruises, in a press statement. “It also gives us a clearly defined position in the cruise sector as the leading ultra-premium line of choice, offering outsized value to our guests.”

The updated inclusions will begin on Oct. 1, 2024, for all new sailing reservations departing on or after Jan. 1, 2025. The line’s MORE offering, which includes its shore excursion credit and beverage package, will no longer be automatically included in bookings starting Sept. 30, 2024.

According to Oceania, based on a 10-day cruise, the Your World Included amenities are valued at more than $1,800 per stateroom (when compared to premium cruise lines). This figure is based on average charges for gratuities, WiFi, non-alcoholic beverage packages and specialty dining reservations.

In addition, your clients personalize their vacation experience with extras such as air transportation and transfers or shore excursions.
