Melia Hotels has announced its entry into the Miami market with Melia Miami Brickell, marking the brandās first residential property in the city.
Melia Miami Brickell will feature 110 luxury residences that combine private ownership with hotel services. Residents and guests will have access to an array of amenities, including an infinity pool, wellness center, concierge services and on-site dining venues.

The project is part of Meliaās growing Branded Residences portfolio, which includes ME Dubai and Gran Melia Villa Le Corail, with additional developments underway in the Seychelles and Budva, Montenegro.

The property will offer an elevated lifestyle experience centered around wellness, design and personalized serviceāa hallmark of the Melia Hotels & Resorts brand. In addition, the new Miami address also offers an investment component. Owners can participate in a managed rental program, allowing residences to generate income as part of the hotel inventory when not in use.
Each residence will feature interiors designed with an emphasis on contemporary style and functionality. Adriana Hoyos Design Studio will develop public spaces, recognized for its nature-inspired and Latin Americanāinfluenced aesthetic. At the same time, Concepto Taller de Arquitectura | Interior Design will oversee the residential interiors to ensure a cohesive and modern design throughout the property.
