Kensington has announced year-end details for its ongoing incentive program available through Dec. 31, 2025. Travel advisors can earn up to $250 per booking, with a $500 bonus issued for every fifth confirmed reservation within a calendar year. The $500 prepaid VISA gift card is awarded once the deposit is received on qualifying bookings through the online portal, allowing you to access your reward without waiting for travel to occur. Full commission remains in effect: this incentive is an added benefit.

“Travel advisors are central to Kensington’s success, and their partnership is invaluable,” said Marc Moore, VP of Agency Sales at Kensington, in a press statement. “During the holiday season, it felt like the right moment to encourage advisors who are close to earning their reward that they still have time. It’s our way of expressing appreciation for their support, commitment, and collaboration throughout the year.”

New Developments at Kensington

The timing aligns with multiple developments across Kensington’s global portfolio. The company recently introduced Kensington Expeditions, a program of curated private journeys that expand into new frontiers, including land, sea, air and near-space experiences. These highly tailored trips reflect growing interest in bespoke adventures across a wide range of destinations.

Regional portfolio growth continues in Eastern Canada and the Northeastern U.S., where new itineraries highlight smaller ports and cultural routes now available under the company’s Tours and Cruises divisions. Kensington has reported a sustained increase in demand for independent and small-group travel options as part of this expansion.

Of note: The private shore excursion segment has experienced a strong surge. Since its launch in 2023, bookings for Kensington’s custom-designed port experiences have climbed close to 400 percent. Each excursion offers a privately guided format that emphasizes destination depth over scale. Examples from Kensington’s shore portfolio include guided food and art walks in Lisbon, Mayan archaeological excursions from Cozumel, vineyard visits in Santorini, independent access to Iceland’s geothermal fields and wildlife-viewing tours along Alaska’s Inside Passage.
