Hyatt Zilara Cancun has reopened following a complete renovation, now with refreshed guestrooms, upgraded amenities and new culinary experiences in the heart of Cancun’s Hotel Zone. The adults-only, all-inclusive property is situated between Nichupte Lagoon and the Caribbean Sea, offering views of both.

“We are pleased to share the debut of new enhancements at Hyatt Zilara Cancun following a transformative renovation that elevates the guest experience,” said Eduardo Rojas, general manager of Hyatt Zilara Cancun, in a press statement. “These new enhancements blend modern luxury with local character, offering guests and members a rich sense of place and connection in a destination they know and love.”

The resort’s 310 redesigned suites feature natural textures, handcrafted details and locally inspired artwork. Each suite offers a spacious layout with views of the Caribbean Sea.

Public areas have also been updated, including a full modernization of infrastructure, refreshed pool and beach areas and new shaded zones with redesigned layouts for comfort and flow. A newly defined beach space offers an additional quiet area for clients seeking privacy.

The reimagined Zen Spa introduces new treatments focused on holistic wellness. The facility now offers hydrotherapy experiences and wellness programs that incorporate naturally sourced ingredients and contemporary techniques.

All 12 dining venues at Hyatt Zilara Cancun have been redesigned with new menus and updated concepts. The new speakeasy, Bokeh, seats 23 guests in a 1920s-inspired setting, accessible only by reservation through the culinary concierge. Over a curated 90-minute experience, guests enjoy fine mixology, a refined wine list and live music. Casa Adelita, limited to ten guests per seating, highlights Yucatecan cuisine through an interactive culinary experience celebrating regional heritage. Olio D’Olivia, along the waterfront, offers Italian dishes rooted in northern Italy’s culinary traditions, featuring handmade pastas and risottos, served with seaside views.
