Dr. Pradhan brings nine years of professional experience rooted in clinical and holistic disciplines. Her practice integrates naturopathy, traditional Chinese medicine, yoga therapy and lifestyle management. Her approach emphasizes identifying the underlying causes of physical, emotional and mental imbalance through tailored plans that combine natural therapies, mindful movement and functional interventions.

Guests arriving during her residency can participate in an initial 15–20-minute consultation offered within the first 48 hours of their stay. This session lays the foundation for a customized program that addresses individual goals, such as stress reduction, improved sleep, pain relief, or digestive and hormonal support.

Merana Spa will feature several of Dr. Pradhan’s signature treatments. Elemental Balance Acupuncture (90 minutes) targets energy alignment and can be booked as a single session or as part of a package. The Naturopathy Manipulative Therapy (90 or 120 minutes) uses gentle manual techniques to address musculoskeletal alignment. Aqua Yoga Therapy sessions focus on movement and breathwork in water for joint-supportive conditioning. Two extended sessions—Sleep Enhancement Therapy and Gut Balance Therapy—each run approximately 4 hours.

Your clients can enhance these therapies with options such as cupping, moxibustion, craniosacral therapy or sound-based techniques. The spa will also run a weekly calendar of group activities at no additional cost, including Hatha yoga, aqua aerobics and educational discussions on the role of naturopathy in modern wellness.

A supplementary program of paid sessions will include mantra chanting and sound-healing meditations, elemental meditations and Full Moon Meditation gatherings on the beach. The evening events include group meditation, sound immersion, guided manifestation exercises and an herbal tea ceremony under natural moonlight.
