The Great Pumpkin Sour combines amaretto, bourbon, and spiced pumpkin syrup with lemon and egg whites for a seasonal flavor. The Vampire’s Elixir features sparkling wine and sprite served with a distinctive pomegranate syringe. Guests looking for something darker can try the Nightmare Fuel, made with Stoli vanilla, blackberry liqueur, ginger syrup, lemon and activated charcoal for its shadowy appearance. Completing the seasonal lineup is the Haunted Oasis, a blend of tequila, Cointreau, coconut cream and lemon pomegranate syrup with a chamoy black salt rim.

Visitors booking the #StayHaunted Package receive one complimentary themed cocktail upon check-in. This limited-time offer, available throughout October, includes accommodation on the hotel’s themed 13th floor.

The package also features a signature #StayHaunted amenity with seasonal snacks, orange soda and Halloween treats. Adding to the experience, your clients will receive two tickets to the Dark Side of Denver Tour, allowing them to explore the city’s spooky history beyond the hotel walls.

To enhance the mood during their stay, the Curtis also provides a curated Halloween playlist featuring classic Halloween hits and eerie tunes.

Michigan’s historic Dearborn Inn, Autograph Collection, constructed by Henry Ford in 1931 and reopened by Ford Motors this year, offers a literary-themed accommodation perfect for Halloween getaways or atmospheric autumn/winter trips: A Very Poe Suite, offering full immersion into Edgar Allan Poe’s brooding world.

According to the BBC, literary tourism continues to grow, driven by BookTok influence, with Future Market Insights projecting the market to reach $3.3 billion by 2034. Google Trends data indicates October searches for Edgar Allan Poe increase nearly tenfold compared to other months, highlighting his connection to autumn. The suite capitalizes on this cultural interest, giving your clients a firsthand experience of American Gothic literature. Poe’s relevance extends to cinema, with a new adaptation of “The Masque of the Red Death” starring Mikey Madison entering production later this year.

Available through December, the suite is in Dearborn Inn’s new replica home, inspired by Poe’s Bronx cottage. The accommodation features Victorian Gothic details in navy blues, onyx and ochre with unexpected patterns and gold accents. Guests arrive to candlelit ambiance with subtle references to Poe’s famous works—black raven pillows, statuettes and author-themed artwork. The room includes Poe’s books and a Writers Den in a convertible Murphy bed with period writing instruments. Bookings include a clue-based trail throughout the hotel leading to a candlelit dinner for two.

Dearborn itself has developed into one of Michigan’s premier Halloween destinations. Each October, Hallowe’en in Greenfield Village transforms the open-air museum with jack-o’-lantern paths and Victorian celebrations.
