Orlando’s newest addition to fun in the sun, Grande Lakes Waterpark, is ready for action. Part of the 500-acre Grande Lakes Orlando Resort, the park was expanded and reconfigured to its current layout after a multimillion-dollar, property-wide renovation that included the two anchor properties: The Ritz-Carlton Orlando and JW Marriott Orlando.

The upgraded park now has six different zones to appeal to every one of your clients staying at either property. There’s a lazy river, a tower with three waterslides, an obstacle course, a restaurant and a VIP firepit lounge. Additional areas have been carved out for 12 private, full-service cabanas. These have different levels of luxury, from just loungers all the way to fully furnished with TVs and even private plunge pools. There are 26 poolside and swim-up daybeds around the water features and firepits, so the fun can continue into the evening.

The Grande Lakes Waterpark Offers More than Just Water Fun

Your clients will work up a major appetite with all that fun in the sun. Luckily, Grand Lakes Orlando Resort is also debuting a new poolside eatery, Knife Burger, at JW Marriott Orlando. This is where they’ll go for burgers—but not just any burger. The menu was created by Chef John Tesar, owner of a Michelin-starred restaurant, so these burgers are made with 44 Farms-raised beef, and the rest of the menu is just as next level. Sunbathers will also be able to order via mobile app, so they don’t even have to get off their loungers.

Of note: Make sure to check out overnight packages and resort credit offers, plus the new Executive Family Suites at the JW Marriott, with adjoining rooms, bunk beds for the kids and king beds for the parents.
