Contiki has announced its Europe 2026 lineup, introducing a new global pricing model that aims to make travel more affordable and transparent—perfect for its 18-35-year-old demographic. The company has reduced prices on nearly 70 percent of its summer 2026 departures, offering big savings across various itineraries. For instance, the Scotland and Ireland trip now costs 15 percent less, while the Greek Island-Hopping Plus itinerary has seen a 20 percent price decrease.
“Travel should never feel out of reach, which is why our new pricing strategy is about giving young travelers value they can count on,” said Toni Ambler, Chief Customer Officer at Contiki, in a press statement. “From lower-priced Europe trips to diverse styles of travel and flexible ways to book, Contiki is opening the door for young people to plan earlier and look forward to experiences that feel both attainable and unforgettable. It’s about empowering travelers to say yes to their next adventure with the assurance that every journey delivers maximum savings and meaningful experiences.”
Contiki: Attainable Europe
The new pricing structure offers consistent year-round rates, enabling you to book your clients with confidence at any time, rather than waiting for limited-time promotions. Contiki has also introduced a $200 deposit option with flexible monthly payments and listed daily costs, while maintaining its signature inclusions, including transportation, accommodations and curated cultural experiences.
For 2026, Contiki has expanded its portfolio with three new itineraries. The Road Trip to Oktoberfest combines an 8-day journey through Amsterdam, Brussels and Frankfurt with the famous Bavarian celebration. The Norway Fjords Explorer summer program offers active experiences, including husky hikes, sea kayaking and a King Crab safari. The Croatia Island Sail & Ultra Festival with Festigo provides a week of Adriatic sailing coupled with access to a top EDM festival.
Responding to the growing popularity of train travel, Contiki has introduced Rome to Barcelona by Train and Paris to Rome by Train options, providing sustainable and scenic connections between iconic European cities. For adventure enthusiasts, the company offers Active Alps and Active Swiss Alps itineraries, blending hiking, rafting, and biking with extended stays in alpine regions.
Contiki continues to offer classics, including multi-country tours, such as European Highlights and European Trail, which visit up to seven countries in under two weeks. These trips include unique experiences such as a stay at Contiki’s 16th-century chateau in France. For those seeking an in-depth exploration of a single destination, options such as Albania Beaches and Peaks, Portugal Highlights and Simply Italy offer immersive cultural, culinary and historical experiences.
