In Spain, the Bahia Principe Sunlight Tenerife Hotel in Costa Adeje will undergo a complete overhaul and emerge as the Bahia Principe Luxury Tenerife Adults Only in December 2025. This transformation will offer advisors a new premium option for clients seeking an exclusive adult-oriented escape.
Mexico will welcome the Bahia Principe Grand Tequila on Dec. 1, 2025. This adults-only property will immerse guests in Mexican culture and feature entertainment designed specifically for mature travelers.
The iconic Bahia Principe Grand Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic will see phased renovations, including updates to its lobby, dining venues and pool areas. Ongoing room refurbishments are part of a broader renewal plan.
Bahia Principe’s expansion continues in Jamaica, with construction of its third hotel on the island slated to begin by late 2025. This development will be part of a larger complex incorporating real estate, tourism and sports facilities.
In total, 1,260 rooms across the Bahia Principe portfolio will be renovated in 2025.
