The Venetian and Palazzo Plan to Reopen in June

According to various news reports, Las Vegas Sands Corp. is planning to reopen its Las Vegas properties, The Venetian and Palazzo, sometime in June and will test all workers for COVID-19 before they return.

Although a firm reopening date has yet to be set for its Las Vegas properties, preparations are in the works.

The company is making COVID-19 tests available to all staff members and their immediate household members, 13 and older.

All Sands staff members will be required to take the COVID-19 test to gauge if they currently have the virus before they return to work, while an additional antibodies test will be voluntary.

Test results will remain confidential, and all physical distancing protocols will be observed throughout the testing process, according to the letter.
