St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival, Venue Announced

The St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival returns for its fifth year. From May 7–11, 2025, food and wine enthusiasts will gather in St. Augustine, Florida, to celebrate the best in culinary bites and savory wines. This year, the festival’s signature weekend events will occur at Ancient City Farmstead, a scenic venue just 10 minutes from the city’s historic downtown.

Festival Founder Jan Gourley shared the reasoning behind the move in a recent press statement: “An opportunity recently presented itself to relocate the festival’s weekend events from World Golf Village to Ancient City Farmstead. This transition allows us to establish a permanent home for the 2026 and 2027 festivals.”

Eat, Drink & Be Merry

Ancient City Farmstead, which opened in Dec. 2024, spans 1,500 acres of lush Florida greenery and features premier event facilities, a restored farmhouse and barn and ample parking. A brand-new luxury barn, set to open in April, will serve as the festival’s indoor, air-conditioned VIP Lounge.

“We’re excited to introduce this hidden gem to festivalgoers and visitors exploring St. Augustine,” Gourley added.

Named a Top 10 Food Event in Florida by USA Today’s 10Best, the festival starts on Wednesday, May 7, with the River Walk Tastings at San Sebastian Winery. On Thursday, May 8, the Harvest Awards & Tastings will take place at the Hyatt Place in Vilano Beach. The main weekend events at Ancient City Farmstead include Smoke on the Walk on Friday, May 9, the Grand Tasting on Saturday, May 10, and the Mother’s Day Sunday Brunch on May 11.

The festival is supported by the St. Johns Cultural Council, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra & The Beaches Visitors and Convention Bureau and a 2025 St. Johns County Tourist Development Grant.
