Jamaica’s tourism recovery continues to gain momentum with the reopening of two all-inclusive resorts: Princess Senses The Mangrove, which reopened Feb. 1, and Princess Grand Jamaica, which welcomed guests again on March 1.

For travel advisors booking Caribbean vacations, the return of the dual-resort complex expands inventory on Jamaica’s sought-after North Coast and signals renewed confidence in the destination following Hurricane Melissa.

“This represents far more than the return of a resort,” said Marc Pelfort, Regional Director of Sales & Marketing for Princess Hotels & Resorts Jamaica, in a statement. “It reflects the resilience of Jamaica, the strength of the destination and the unwavering dedication of our team.”

Adults-Only Luxury at Princess Senses The Mangrove

Originally opened in 2024, Princess Senses The Mangrove caters to the adults-only market, offering 401 ocean-view suites and 14 overwater villas featuring partial glass floors and private infinity pools—a standout selling point for honeymooners and milestone celebrations.

The resort’s amenities include multiple swimming pools, a rooftop infinity pool, a white-sand beach, a full-service spa and a diverse collection of restaurants and bars, positioning it as a strong option for couples, romance travel and luxury-focused clients.

Family Appeal at Princess Grand Jamaica

Next door, Princess Grand Jamaica delivers a multigenerational and family-friendly experience with 590 suites, an expansive water park and a variety of international restaurants and food trucks.

Multiple pools and beachfront access round out the offering, giving advisors flexibility when packaging family vacations, group travel or celebratory getaways.

Together, the sister properties provide advisors with options across key Caribbean travel segments—adults-only luxury, family-friendly all-inclusive stays and celebratory group travel—all within one integrated beachfront footprint.

“Jamaica has a remarkable spirit, and we are proud to once again share that spirit with guests from around the world as they rediscover the beauty and hospitality of our island,” said Enrico Pezzoli, Managing Director at Princess Hotels & Resorts Jamaica.
