As Earth Day spotlights sustainable tourism, Paradero Todos Santos is expanding its approach to regenerative travel with the launch of Paradero Unbound, a curated offering centered on wellness, community engagement and environmental connection.
Founded in 2021, the adults-only property spans five acres of farmland on Mexico’s Baja California Peninsula. The new Unbound program features accommodations, dining, transportation to and from the airport, spa treatments and more than 20 activities into a single, customizable experience designed to deepen guest engagement with the destination.
Wellness and Sustainability At the Core
Paradero Unbound places a strong emphasis on purpose-driven wellness. Programming includes sound healing, meditation, and traditional Temazcal ceremonies, as well as workshops focused on creating botanical skincare and haircare products using natural ingredients.
Guests can also participate in community-based experiences such as farming, planting and harvesting. Culinary offerings at the on-site Tenoch restaurant reflect a farm-to-table philosophy, further supporting sustainable sourcing and regional cuisine.
Beyond wellness, the resort offers a range of low-impact outdoor activities, including hiking, biking and surfing, encouraging exploration of Baja’s natural landscapes. Digital detox elements—such as phone-free ocean rituals and sleep-focused programming—support mental wellness and align with broader trends in mindful travel.
The Unbound model also incorporates pre-arrival planning, allowing guests to personalize itineraries in advance, which can help optimize time on property and reduce unnecessary resource use during the stay.
Desert in Bloom
The resort is also promoting its “Desert in Bloom” offer, highlighting spring as an ideal time to experience Baja’s seasonal wildflower landscapes, including desert sunflowers and primrose. Guests can enjoy savings of up to 25 percent on stays through July 31st.
Looking ahead, Paradero plans to expand with new villa accommodations and branded residences, continuing its focus on design-forward, environmentally conscious hospitality.
