Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club in Cape Cod reopens today, and debuting a $5.5 million renovation to its Britterige Villas, as well as new private experiences guests can enjoy this summer.

With the re-opening, guests will find the transformation of the property’s secluded one-bedroom Britterige Villas. The new look is reflective of the Cape’s coastal setting and provides guests with a modern, yet casual retreat.

In order amp up the experience, this summer the resort is debuting a grocery delivery service where guests can pre-order their favorite produce, veggies, snacks, and treats to  be delivered and stocked in the villa upon guests’ arrival.

Ocean Edge has also launched a series of private, carefully curated experiences spaced across the resort’s 429 acres, such as private oyster tours in the Brewster Flats, individual archery lessons, private dining options, private beach fires during sunset with s’mores kits, and more.

And, in order to instill confidence for guests to book, for stays now through June 25, reservations can be canceled with no penalty up to 24-hours prior to check-in. Visits from June 26 through Sep. 3 have an 8-day cancellation policy. In addition, Healthcare workers receive 50 percent off stays for their heroic efforts as they enjoy some well-deserved relaxation.

New Safety Protocols
In order to keep guests safe, the resort has implemented new health guidelines, including the options for no housekeeping, grocery delivery service, and more. Guests staying at The Mansion at Ocean Edge will have access to the private beach, and social distancing will be practiced, including masks are expected to be worn by guests except when seated with your group and while swimming. Shuttle service is expected to resume in July. Outdoor dining will be available at Ocean Terrace starting June 8 and at Line Tavern June 19. Bayzo’s Pub is scheduled to open in late June. In addition, private dining experiences will be available in guest’s room and balcony on the second floor of The Mansion.

Bay Pines outdoor pool will be open daily starting June 8.  Arbor Pool is scheduled to open on June 19, and The Shark Bah will open soon thereafter. All other pools will open once the state allows. Masks will be required except when you are on lounge chairs and while swimming.

And, finally The Beach House Spa will open in late June.
