One of the newest additions to the Las Vegas Strip, the Delano Las Vegas, unveils its cocktail program next month at their lobby lounge, Franklin with a unique cocktail selection.
The property’s centerpiece for socializing, sipping, and sampling will highlight rare, premium liquors, including one-of-a-kind spirits such as a custom Glen Moray scotch, a Woodford Reserve Double Oaked bourbon, and Delano’s hand-selected Black Barrel Mt. Gray rum. Draught cocktails will be infused with flavors utilizing oak barrels stored in-house. The beverage menu will also include more than two dozen craft beers by the bottle, and a selection of wines exclusive to Franklin. The lobby bar will serve small bites such as grilled flatbread cambozola with caramelized pears and walnuts; selections of charcuterie and cheeses; and unique offerings such as sea-salted pommes frites with smoked pepper ketchup; and fried pig ears served with togarashi, lime, and black garlic-yuzo aioli. Franklin will feature live entertainment, and performances from up-and-coming DJs.
