SERENA Hotel Aventura, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, has announced it is now open for online reservations for stays beginning Jul. 1, 2021.
The 10-story, 100-room boutique hotel is centrally located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, and will make its soft debut in May 2021. Taking its name from the Latin word “serēnus” — meaning clear, tranquil, or serene — SERENA Hotel Aventura is situated in the heart of the Aventura Medical District, with easy airport access and proximity to popular local attractions.
“We’re thrilled to introduce SERENA Hotel Aventura to both travelers and locals alike, offering a unique new place to stay and dine that celebrates the area’s incredibly rich culture,” said Ziad Chantiry, the hotel’s general manager, in a press release statement. “Every aspect of our hotel has been carefully curated to serve as a much-needed tranquil and calming respite for guests, maintaining the air of sophistication and vibrancy that has attracted both business and leisure travelers to Aventura in recent years.”
As well as standard guest rooms, the hotel will offer 30 suites outfitted with separate living areas, kitchenettes and work desks. The property will also boast a rooftop entertainment area with a swimming pool and panoramic city views, as well as a yet-to-be-named Mediterranean Spanish dining concept and a grab-and-go food spot in the lobby.
SERENA Hotel Aventura is located at 2820 NE 214th Street, inside Ivory 214, a new mixed-use project featuring retail and office spaces.
