Acclaimed chef and restaurateur Michael Mina is bringing his renowned Bourbon Steak concept to Delray Beach, Florida, with an official opening at The Seagate Hotel on March 3, 2025. This latest addition to Mina’s growing portfolio, which has earned multiple James Beard Awards, Michelin stars and recognition from Robb Report as one of the “50 Most Powerful People in American Fine Dining,” will feature a carefully curated menu designed to honor the steakhouse traditions.
Indulge at Bourbon Steak in Delray Beach
Signature menu items include a selection of premium steaks such as the 8 oz Filet Mignon, 22 oz 50-Day Dry-Aged Cowboy Ribeye and the 40 oz Hay-Smoked Tomahawk Ribeye. Guests can also enjoy Wagyu cuts, including Hokkaido Snow Beef, Tokushima A5 Wagyu and Kagoshima A5 Wagyu.
Beyond steak, the menu will showcase seafood dishes including Big Eye Tuna Au Poivre with seasonal morel mushrooms and garlic spinach, Roasted Chilean Sea Bass with confit cherry tomatoes and the signature Maine Lobster Pot Pie. Complementing the cuisine is an extensive beverage menu featuring a curated wine list, rare bourbons, and signature cocktails.
Designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, Bourbon Steak Delray Beach also features a private dining room and open-air terrace for intimate gatherings and larger celebrations.
Bourbon Steak Delray Beach will be open for dinner daily, with brunch service to be introduced at a later time.
