Nestled on a 5.5-acre private island in Little Torch Key, Florida, Little Palm Island Resort & Spa, a Noble House Resort, has announced a new seaplane service in partnership with Tropic Ocean Airways. Guests are now able to charter a seaplane for a 45-minute flight from Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport (FLL) or Miami International Airport (MIA) to Little Palm Island Resort & Spa, where they will be welcomed on a private seaplane dock. Tropic Ocean Airways requires guests arrive at least 30 minutes in advance of their flight for check-in time. Staff will be available to welcome guests, handle their luggage and valet their car. Upon arrival at the resort, guests are greeted by staff and offered the resort’s signature cocktail.

An ideal destination for a romantic getaway or local day trip, Little Palm Island Resort & Spa features 15 thatched-roof bungalows offering 30 suites with spacious decks and whirlpool tubs, private sunning areas with ocean views, and fire pits to lounge by at night, a private white-sand beach surrounded by mangroves, a pool, marina, SpaTerre, and The Dining Room restaurant, serving French and Pan-Latin cuisine.

Private seaplane charters to Little Palm Island Resort & Spa start at $1,992 for up to four passengers. In the near future, Tropic Ocean Airways will begin operating flights to Cuba, which will allow guests to hopscotch between islands. Room rates start at $690 for introductory level suites in off-season. For more information, call (800) 343-8567 or visit littlepalmisland.com.
