The InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) recently announced a $200 million investment in Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts in the Americas.
The Crowne Plaza Accelerate plan, which will run for three years, will help make sure the brand remains at the forefront of doing business. The plan will enhance the brand’s performance while creating a guest experience with more “swagger,” innovative technology, responsive service, and flexible spaces. In addition, IHG will continue to invest in securing high-quality Crowne Plaza hotels in key markets; plus, in 2017, IHG will launch a new marketing campaign.
