It may not even be Halloween yet, but it’s not too soon to start planning ski getaways for winter. Book your clients one of these packages at ski resorts throughout North America, complete with pampering, dog sledding and gourmet dining, and they’ll hit the slopes in no time.

A ski holiday is not just for the boys. Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa in Colorado has crafted a package for active women seeking a girls’ getaway in the mountains. This is no typical ski retreat, either—the Powder and Pampering: Ultimate Girls’ Winter Getaway starts with a bottle of Veuve Clicquot on arrival and includes a spa experience at Allegria Spa, with an Aqua Sanitas day pass, giving the gals access to the Roman bath house-style water ritual; a $100 spa credit; and a spa basket amenity.

Ladies will also receive a 2-hour women’s-only ski tour to learn the ropes on the mountain with Beaver Creek’s ski ambassador, and then warm up in the hotel’s signature Veuve Clicquot “Haute Tub” experience, where they’ll sip champagne in an outdoor hot tub surrounded by the beautiful mountains.

The resort is set in the Colorado Rocky Mountains and features 190 guestrooms with some offering balconies and scenic views. Rooms are modeled to look like a modern mountain lodge, complete with luxury amenities such as a plush pillow-top mattress and Allegria’s spa products. For the full mountain feel, recommend one of the 14 Park Fireside suites, which feature a gas fireplace.

Rates start at $530 pp for a 2-night stay dbl. For more information, visit beavercreek.hyatt.com.

Another luxury package designed for women is the High Mountain Luxury Ladies’ Experience at the Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler in Canada.

The girlfriend’s getaway features a 5-night stay in the 4-bedroom Aspen Earth Residence sleeping up to eight guests. Visitors will start their stay with a welcome wine reception and Spice Rub chef’s table in the courtyard, where they’ll create their own rub that will be bottled. The package also features in-room dining experiences, such as a wine pairing dinner with private shopping experience featuring items from a local boutique; a spa day for each guest with two signature treatments; and personal consultation at the Four Seasons ski concierge, as well as lift tickets and gear demos.

When travelers are ready to experience the backcountry, they can go snow mobiling and dog sledding, followed by a picnic courtesy of the Four Seasons culinary team. After a day on the slopes, guests can hit apres-ski via helicopter to the top of the mountain.

The Four Seasons is set at the foot of the Blackcomb side of Whister’s twin mountains, just a 3-minute walk from the upper village, and offers 273 luxury lodge guestrooms, suites and townhouses. The resort features daily fitness classes, including Pilates and spin; three outdoor hot tubs; a heated outdoor pool; and a Eucalyptus steam room. Rates for four people start at $4,627.40 per night plus tax and gratuities. For more information, visit fourseasons.com/whistler.

Four Seasons fans can also take advantage of ski packages stateside at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole in Wyoming. The hotel has partnered with the Jackson Hole Mountain Sports School to offer the 5-night Haute Route Ski package.

The package includes daily breakfast at Westbank Grill; a welcome reception at the Base Camp, giving guests the chance to meet their ski instructor; all-day ski instruction for four days; demo ski rental from the Base Camp; access to mixology night at the pool bar; “game” night where guests learn how to cook game meat with one of the resort’s chefs; a $90 credit pp for dinner at Westbank Grill; one complimentary dinner at Couloir restaurant; hosted cocktails at the Handle Bar on the last night; and accommodations. The package is available from Jan. 30, 2014 through Feb 4, 2014.

The 124-room hotel overlooks Jackson Hole’s Teton Village, featuring rooms with private balconies or terraces and gas fireplaces. Guests can also find three hot spring-style outdoor whirlpools, a heated pool, complimentary yoga classes, a fitness center, and a full-service spa with 16 treatment rooms.
