The iconic Yankee Clipper property will be transformed into the new B Ocean Resort in Fort Lauderdale, beginning Aug. 25 and scheduled for completion mid-2016.
Some of the renovations include redesigns to the resort’s lobby, restaurants, corridors, outdoor and public spaces, 487 guestrooms and suites, plus the addition of new features including two B Indulged Spa Suites AVEDA, and a Grab n’ Go dining venue.
The upcoming redesigns will maintain the property’s iconic characteristics, such as the famous Wreck Bar featuring porthole windows into the resort pool and live mermaid shows, while also introducing a refreshed ambiance and design.
