Glen Cove Mansion in Long Island, NY.

North American hotels are upping the ante for weddings with themed packages and offers for couples of all stripes.

Long Island hotel Glen Cove Mansion has created a Great Gatsby Wedding package for couples looking to celebrate their nuptials 1920s-style.

The hotel, set on 55 acres on Long Island’s North Shore Gold Coast, features an original jazz-age pool, perfect for hosting intimate receptions or cocktails, and the Pub 1910 upstairs. The estate even includes a Trail of Gatsby, with onsite excursions to Daisy Buchanan’s house, the Valley of the Ashes, and East and West Egg.

The wedding package, priced at $175 pp, features a feather boa for ladies; poolside cocktails; a selection of menus; a bridal suite; a post-wedding celebration at Pub 1910; and a copy of Fitzgerald’s novel, The Great Gatsby, for each guest.

The package is available now through Dec. 31. For more information, call (516) 674-2955 or visit glencovemansion.com.

Meanwhile, in Newport, RI, couples saying “I do” at the Relais & Chateaux property Castle Hill can have a grand seaside affair in the lawn overlooking Narragansett Bay and the Newport Bridge with the Classic Newport Experience.

This New England-style wedding reception is a 5-hour package that features an elegant setting with fine China, crystal stemware, Tuscan tables and fruitwood ballroom chairs. The reception includes a 5-hour platinum beverage service, as well as lemonade and ice tea upon arrival; a raw bar; gourmet grille featuring items such as Block Island swordfish and grilled calamari; hot and cold hors d’oeuvre, such as lobster corn fritters and chilled melon soup; a champagne toast of Veuve Clicquot; and a 3-course plated dinner to top it off.

In addition, the couple will receive a 2-bedroom suite on their wedding day. The package is $325 pp. For more information, visit castlehillinn.com.

Kimpton is known as being LGBT-friendly, so it’s no surprise that the hotels also throw fabulous same-sex weddings and ceremonies.

While there are plenty of Kimpton hotels to choose from, especially in San Francisco, the Sir Francis Drake, located in Union Square, is an elegant setting for a wedding.

The hotel, which dates back to 1928, has plenty of venues to choose from, such as the salons and Empire Ballroom. Couples can also choose from a variety of customized packages, such as the Historic package, which features a cocktail reception and three-course dinner service, with Chandon rose sparkling wine toast, and red and white wine service. Rates start at $115 pp for vegetarian, poultry or fish entree. Couples can also choose to add on a hosted premium bar, a late-night reception by Harry’s Diner, or a reception in the Starlight Room, which is located at the top of the hotel and offers 180-degree views of the bay.
