This spring and summer, The Garden Hotel & Resort is expanding its Fort Lauderdale offering with a new adults-only building and pool concept.
The enclave features 15 guestrooms, creating a boutique-within-a-boutique concept geared to couples, friends and weekend escapes. The space features its own private pool, a dedicated air-conditioned hospitality lounge and a rooftop terrace outfitted with lounge seating.
“This is where The Garden really leans into its social, grown-up energy,” said Margaux Bouquet, GM of The Garden Hotel & Resort, in a press statement. “It’s intimate, it’s relaxed and it gives guests a space to enjoy the experience at their own pace—whether that’s poolside with a cocktail or catching up with friends on the rooftop at sunset.”
The rooftop area of the adults-only building is currently also serving as a new hub for wellness and social activations, including yoga sessions and curated experiences available to both hotel guests and day visitors through ResortPass.
Just steps away, The Greenhouse—the resort’s indoor-outdoor restaurant offers daily happy hour specials and live music on the weekends.
The brand-new, 155-room hotel is set within the city’s Galt Mile District and located a block from Fort Lauderdale Beach. Advisors, take note, as the hotel offers commissionable direct bookings, plus familiarization rates, site tours and more perks. Plus, all packages and promos and commissionable.
