Foodies will rejoice this winter when the Epicurean Hotel opens in South Tampa in December, making it the first newly constructed property in the U.S. to join Marriott’s Autograph Collection.
The food-focused boutique hotel, created in collaboration with Bern’s Steak House, will feature 137 rooms; the Elevage restaurant; a spa, Evangeline; a rooftop bar; a wine shop; and the Epicurean Theatre, a culinary classroom with events such as craft cocktail courses, cooking classes, guest lectures and celebrity appearances.
