The Palms Hotel & Spa is hosting an exclusive farm-to-table brunch during this year’s South Beach Wine & Food Festival (SOBEWFF), which takes place Feb. 19-22.
The farm-to-table brunch celebrates top chefs from around the nation presenting signature farm-to-table dishes. The Food Network’s Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian teams up with Essensia Restaurant & Lounge’s executive chef, Julie Frans, plus eight other master chefs to present their take on locally sourced, organic fare. The brunch takes place on Sunday, Feb. 22 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Tickets are available for $150 each. However, guests of The Palms who would like to attend the brunch can take advantage of a special offer that includes oceanfront accommodations at the hotel on Saturday night at a discounted nightly rate of $550, guests also receive two event tickets. Package rates start at $850. Standard room rates are also available during the SOBEWFF weekend, starting at $404 per night for a king bed, cityview room or a double bed cityview room.
