This year, the recently renovated resort is inviting travelers to join in on a variety of holiday activities from gingerbread man decorating and face painting to photo ops with Santa. The main events of the holiday season will culminate on Dec. 31 when the Westin Grand Cayman will host a New Year’s Evening Dinner and a New Year’s Eve Party at the Beach. The gourmet gala dinner will include a glass of Taittinger Champagne and a multi-course menu featuring selections such as butter poached american lobster and oysters prepared three ways, plus a dessert tasting plate.
