Solmar Hotels & Resorts, a collection of seven all-suite properties in Los Cabos, has undergone a few updates, including expansions to one of the properties, as well as a new agent platform, and the addition of all-inclusive rates.
The Grand Solmar at Rancho San Lucas Golf & Spa property has added the Lagoon Bar, perfect for guests looking to enjoy an alfresco beverage; the Aqua Grill & Bar, an alfresco dining venue where guests can take in the Rancho San Lucas ocean views while enjoying a meal; and the Market & Deli Cafe, offering on-the-go options, plus a wine and liquor shop for those guests who want to enjoy a few drinks en-suite.
In addition, the new all-inclusive rate at Playa Grande Resort & Grand Spa allows guests to make reservations before arriving on property. The new rate includes all meals and drinks on property during guests’ stay. For those who like a little more flexibility, an alternate option available is the onsite meal plan, starting at $99 per day per guest, which allows guests to pick and choose their onsite meals. Meal plans can only be booked for guests staying a minimum of three days.
Additionally, Solmar has just introduced a new agent platform—Solmar Agent Expert. This platform provides agents with a one-stop shop where they can book hotel stays and air options, plus track and manage their client’s reservation details, and track their performance with an online reporting dashboard. And agents, commissions for these properties are 10 percent when booking one to 29 rooms; 15 percent for 30-59 rooms; and 18 percent when booking 60-90 rooms, plus agents get a 4-day certificate to enjoy one of the Solmar Hotels & Resorts properties.
