The Suite Surprise Upgrade promotion offers a guaranteed suite upgrade to a Presidential Suite or a Swim-Up Suite upon arrival. To be eligible for the upgrade, guests must have booked a minimum 3-night stay in a Jacuzzi Junior Suite at El Dorado Maroma, a Deluxe Room at Azul Beach, or an Oceanfront Luxury Jacuzzi Suite at Generations Riviera Maya.
