Miami Beach’s Collins Avenue will welcome the new Lennox Hotel Miami Beach this summer, marking the first U.S. property for the brand.
This Art Deco, luxury, boutique property will be located in what was once the Peter Miller Hotel, built in 1936. Lennox Hotels has completely transformed the property, while maintaining its original Art Deco and Mediterranean Revival architectural style exterior as the property is part of the Historic District.
This 119 guestroom property features rooms ranging from Terrace Poolside, which offers direct pool access, to Balcony King, featuring a private balcony overlooking the streets of Miami Beach. Each guestroom will feature a Nespresso Veruoline, 47-incy LG Tvs, a stocked mini bar, and local artisan snacks, as well as complimentary WiFi.
At the center of four interconnected buildings, the Mediterranean-style courtyard features a pool and a poolside bar. The property offers guests a lobby bar with a lounge area where they can mingle with locals or relax, and an onsite restaurant. Additional amenities include complimentary shuttle service within a one-mile radius, including to the hotel’s private area on the beach offering lounge chairs, umbrellas, and towels.
Rates start at $199 and can range up to $400 per night. For more information, visit miami.lennoxhotels.com. Don’t let your clients miss out on the new Time Out Market in Miami.
