Tear your clients away from the stress that the holidays often bring by suggesting one of these Thanksgiving or Christmas getaways in sunny Florida.

A Thanksgiving Feast
It wouldn’t feel like Thanksgiving without stuffing your stomach to the brink of explosion, so at The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club you can do exactly that at the property’s Thanksgiving Day Buffet fit for royalty.

Book your clients for four or more nights from Nov. 20-26, 2017, and they’ll receive a complimentary coupon for two adults to enjoy the Thanksgiving Day Buffet on Nov. 23. For guests staying less than four nights but still looking to partake in the feast, the buffet is priced at $75 per adult, $30 for children ages 6-12, and free for children 5 and under.

When a much-needed break from the food is in order, guests can burn off calories on the tennis courts or at the fitness center, take a dip in the pools or on the white-sand beach, play a round of golf at the property’s championship golf course, or simply relax with as little effort as possible at the onsite spa.

The starting room rate for Nov. 20-26, 2017 is $287 per night plus taxes. To take advantage of the Thanksgiving Week Stay Special, reservations must be booked directly through the resort’s reservations department by calling (800) 237-7600.

Theme Park Adventure
Holiday cheer will fill the air this year as Universal Orlando Resort brings some of your clients’ favorite characters to life for holiday-themed fun.

For the first time since its grand opening, Christmas is coming to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Guests who were already impressed with the theme park’s life-size replicas of Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley will appreciate the additions of holiday decorations, garlands, and lights, plus special holiday food and performances by the Frog Choir and Celestina Warbeck and the Banshees—all very special treats for the true Potterhead. The crowning jewel of the celebrations will only be seen as the sun sets and Universal Orlando’s state-of-the-art projection mapping and lighting envelopes Hogwarts castle to display Christmas moments inspired by the Harry Potter series.

But Potterheads are not the only ones who will get to enjoy the holiday cheer. Fans of the classic Dr. Seuss story of “How The Grinch Stole Christmas” can join the Whos from Who-Ville as they celebrate the true meaning of the holidays in the Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular show. Agents can also book their clients to enjoy a festive breakfast with the Grinch and the Whos on select dates.

For those who enjoy a good old-fashioned parade to bring in the holiday spirit, Universal Orlando has teamed up with Macy’s to bring a brand-new parade to the theme parks this year. Universal’s Holiday Parade will feature more than a dozen new festive balloons and over 15 floats designed specifically for this celebration. The Minions and other favorite characters from Despicable Me, Madagascar and Shrek will also make appearances during the parade, as well as Santa Claus himself.

Fun in the Sun
For clients who want to spend their holiday away from the kitchen and relaxing by the beach instead, The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood is offering a special Holiday in Hollywood package where guests who book three nights get the fourth night free.

In addition to the 25 percent savings that come with a free fourth night at The Diplomat, the recently renovated resort features plenty of activities to keep your clients busy or relaxed on their holiday getaway.

For the active traveler, the resort features a 24-hour fitness center, an 18-hole championship golf course, a tennis center, yoga on the beach, and water activities like jet skiing, ocean kayaking and paddleboarding. For those who want to sit back and relax, they can enjoy the full-service spa overlooking the Atlantic Ocean or the beachfront pools. Twenty-six private waterfront cabanas are also available. And the kids won’t miss out on the fun either with the resort’s new Dip+Slide area featuring two water slides, an enormous dump bucket, and water cannons, all surrounded by fountains and comfortable seating for the parents who want to stay dry.

Ten onsite dining venues make leaving The Diplomat unnecessary during your client’s stay, but if they want even more options and entertainment, downtown Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale are short drives away from the resort.
