While some travelers head to St. Tropez in France to rub elbows with the rich and famous, La Reserve Ramatuelle is offering guests a different type of vacation with its 5-night signature Boot Camp.
The cliffside hotel re-opens April 5 and offers the program—which includes yoga, Nordic walks, spa treatments and low-calorie cuisine—throughout May and June. Guests heading to the 13-room spa can indulge in La Mer treatments, such as the La Reserve Better Aging body treatment, or take part in a Balneotherapy session, which uses minerals in a healing treatment.
