A new boutique hotel is set to open in Mallorca this spring.
The Sant Francesc Hotel Singular, located in the historic old town of Palma, is a 42-room property set on a former manor house that once belonged to a noble Mallorquin family, and survived 135 years of unchanged use. The property features terraces; courtyards, once used to saddle-up the horses (evident in the restored hitching posts); a lush garden; and the Patio Mallorquin and Lobby Bar. The restaurant, which is located in the former stables of the manor house, offers direct access to the lush garden and serves Mediterranean fare. The Rooftop Terrace offers guests panoramic views of the city and overlooks the Church of Sant Francesc.
