Eating Italy is offering its second tour in Florence, the Tuscan capital best known for its art galleries and architectural masterpieces. While the inaugural tour of The Other Side of Florence runs during the day in the neighborhood of Oltrano, the new Florence Sunset Food Tour departs in the evening and takes visitors through the Santo Spirito neighborhood.

During the 3.5-hour, adults-only tour, guests will experience Florence’s nightlife and walk the cobblestoned streets of hip Santo Spirito while enjoying a range of culinary delights, from truffle cheese and wild boar to salami and Tuscany’s celebrated wine, at seven different stops. Highlights of the Florence Sunset Food Tour include shopping for groceries at an alimentari (deli), watching an Italian cocktail demonstration, and discovering the secret behind the local bistecca alla fiorentina recipe during a live cooking presentation, with the opportunity to sample the steak afterward. Tours run Tuesdays through Saturdays from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Rates start at $103 pp. For more information, visit eatingitalyfoodtours.com/florence/tours/florence-sunset-food-tour.
