Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts has launched a collection of exclusive golf packages in partnership with “Golf Digest” available at select Waldorf Astoria hotels around the world. The annual Waldorf Astoria Golf Experiences program will visit new destinations each year, with the inaugural year debuting at Waldorf Astoria Chicago, Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh, Waldorf Astoria New York, and Waldorf Astoria Orlando. Each Waldorf Astoria Golf Experiences package includes one full day of golf at one of the world’s most decorated fairways named in “Golf Digest’s” 100 Greatest Golf Courses, access to the magazine’s top pro-golf editors, VIP amenities and itineraries, as well as a 2-night stay at one of Waldorf Astoria’s iconic properties and an “Inside the Ropes Bull & Bear Dinner” at participating hotels. Each participating destination will be exclusive to the first 16 guests who book the package (four groups of four), with the exception of Waldorf Astoria New York, which will accept the first 11 guests who book the package.
Rates for the Waldorf Astoria Golf Experiences package start at $3,999 per player, based on single occupancy, and include a welcome cocktail reception with a custom putter fitting by Toulon Design; a private group breakfast briefing prior to guests’ golf outing with roundtrip luxury transport between the property and the golf club; and a course briefing by a PGA Golf Pro at the club including caddy assignment; plus 18 holes of golf including lunch, beverages, and post-round cocktails; a Pro Shop gift card of $100; and a private “Inside the Ropes Bull & Bear Dinner” hosted by a Golf Digest senior editor at participating hotels.
