14North, the newest restaurant at The Harbor Club, located in Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia, has officially opened. The restaurant is named for the 14th parallel north, which passes through Saint Lucia just south of Castries.

Helmed by executive chef Fritz Zwahlen, the menu at 14North blends Eastern Caribbean and Asian flavors, and complementing the dining experience, the chef has curated a wine list and selection of cocktails.

“We are absolutely delighted with the innovative menu that chef Fritz has created for 14North,” said Lester Scott, managing director of The Harbor Club, in a press release statement. “It is the culmination of decades of experience from chef Fritz, who has worked at some of the most luxurious properties around the world. We invite visitors to Saint Lucia to come experience the cuisine of our world-class restaurant.”

Signature dishes on the menu include the Conch Ceviche, Spicy Chili Lobster, Korean Spice Lamb Chops and Chilean Sea Bass marinated with yuzu miso. Sitting atop the tallest building in Rodney Bay, 14North offers views of the luscious Saint Lucian hills and crystal-clear Caribbean blue waters.

Over the last three decades, chef Fritz has led culinary teams at renowned properties such as Carillon Miami Beach Wellness Resort, Amanyara in Turks and Caicos, and the Amangala Resort in Sri Lanka.

14North is one of five dining options available at The Harbor Club. Others are Julia’s, the Sushi Bar, Dockside Pizzeria and 7th Heaven Bakery. The Harbor Club is part of the Curio Collection by Hilton and offers 115 rooms and suites.
