Canyon Spirit is offering a new route connecting Denver to Salt Lake City. Launching this month, the 3-day journey links Denver, Glenwood Springs, Moab and Salt Lake City, connecting the Rockies to the Red Rocks.
New Route Connects Key Southwest Destinations
The new itinerary follows river canyons and desert landscapes, offering a scenic alternative to highway travel. The route includes overnight stops in Glenwood Springs and Moab, allowing travelers to explore destinations along the way rather than remaining on board.
Canyon Spirit’s glass-dome railcars are designed to maximize views of the surrounding terrain, while onboard hosts provide historical context and storytelling tied to the region and the railways that helped shape the American West. Canyon Spirit does not offer sleeper cars, instead emphasizing daylight travel and off-train experiences.
Travel Advisor Incentives Support Bookings
To support travel advisor engagement, Canyon Spirit and Rocky Mountaineer are offering discounted rates for accredited travel advisors during the 2026 season, which runs from mid-April through mid-October.
Incentives include reduced FAM rates starting at $419 for two-day journeys and $749 for three-day itineraries, as well as 20 percent discounts on Canyon Spirit U.S. routes and Rocky Mountaineer’s Canadian rail products.
Offers are available to advisors with IATA, ARC or CLIA accreditation who have completed the TRACKS training program and may be applied to one accompanying guest.
