Travelers can explore Bali on land and at sea with Crystal Cruises’ four new itineraries sailing this fall and early winter.

Aboard the Crystal Symphony, passengers can experience local Kecak dancers; the personal tales from Emmy award-winning Bali anthropologist and filmmaker, Dr. Lawrence Blair; and cuisine from renowned local chef, Heinz von Holzen (only on the Jan. 5 sailing), who will share his modern-meets-traditional recipes through a hands-on cooking class, demonstrations, and a chef’s dinner for passengers. While on land, passengers can ride an elephant through the forest; step inside temples once reserved for the rajas; visit local villages; view volcano vistas and rice paddies; and experience Baron dancing.

With departures set for Nov. 24, Dec. 7, Jan. 5, and Jan. 17, each 12- to 14-day itinerary will also stop in several other Indonesian ports while sailing between Bali and Singapore, as well as ports in Australia and Southeast Asia, depending on the cruise. All-inclusive fares start at $3,110 pp, with special perks and offers for solo cruisers and families sailing with kids under 17. Shorter Getaway itineraries are also available on the 2014 sailings.
