AMResorts, an Apple Leisure Group company, has expanded its 360-degree quality, safety and hygiene program CleanComplete Verification, with the introduction of CleanComplete+ to offer COVID-19 antigen testing on-property and extended quarantine stay coverage, if needed, at no cost to guests traveling to the U.S.

Starting January 26, 2021, on-site property testing will be administered by Hospiten, an international private hospital network, across the majority of AMResorts destinations. The concierge at each resort will make arrangements upon arrival to schedule departure testing. Test results will be received the same day in written format as required by the CDC.

“AMResorts branded properties will do all they can to help guests navigate new travel requirements and logistics,” said Gonzalo del Peón, group president for AMResorts Americas & Global Commercial, in a statement. “With an increasing number of countries requiring a negative COVID-19 test result prior to entry, it is important that guests have an easy, hassle-free way to secure test results within the comfort and safety of AMResorts branded properties.”

Should a guest receive a positive test while on property that prevents departure, the cost of quarantine at the property will be covered for up to 14 days. Extended stay due to quarantine includes the guest plus one travel companion sharing the same room. This program is valid for travel through March 31, 2021.

For additional flexibility and protection, AMResorts guests may adjust existing reservations with the current Move the Date, Keep the Rate + a FREE night policy. This will apply now through February 28, 2021, for travel completed by April 30, 2021.

Backed by the Cristal International Standards certification, CleanComplete Verification addresses all aspects of resort operations and guest experience from welcome to departure at all AMResorts branded properties.
