Alaska may be a popular summer destination, but UnCruise Adventures is enticing travelers to make a visit during the spring months with special savings available on Alaska Awakening sailings.

Spring cruisers on Alaska Awakening departures in April and May 2019 can save up to $300 per couple when they use the code AKAwake19 on bookings made now through Dec. 14, 2018. UnCruise will offer 25 Alaska Awakening departures between April 6 and May 18, 2019, all of which highlight the benefits of visiting during the southeast Alaska’s driest months of the year.

“Spring in Alaska is a favorite time of year for us,” said captain Dan Blanchard, CEO of UnCruise Adventures, in press materials. “Alaska is awakening from winter with longer and dryer days, and surprises abound from warm sun to wildlife. We hope this additional saving entices more people to travel north with us next spring to experience it.”

Alaska Awakening itineraries include Alaska’s Fjords & Glaciers; Glacier Bay National Park Adventure Cruise; Northern Passages & Glacier Bay; Alaska’s Glacier Country; Alaska Yacht—Bears, Bergs, Bushwhacking; and Alaska’s Inside Passage & San Juans Cruise. Passengers on these sailings will be given additional perks such as complimentary tram tickets to the top of Juneau’s Mt. Roberts, an Alaska Awakening Insider theme host who joins in on the trip to share knowledge of the land with guests, and the opportunity to join Blanchard on a pre-cruise urban hike around Juneau.

Rates for weeklong Alaska cruises start at $2,995 pp dbl, including meals, beverages, adventure activities, group airport transfers, and more. Land packages are also available to Denali National Park and Talkeetna, as well as Juneau.
