Unique and immersive experiences are at the forefront of Abercrombie & Kent’s recently redesigned Connections Boutique Group Journeys, and now the tour operator has added three new itineraries to the collection: Churchill: Belugas & Bears, Poland to Prague, and Switzerland & the Italian Lakes.
The tours, with no more than 24 guests and led by a resident tour director who has lived in the destination for decades, including the 8-day Churchill: Belugas & Bears tour, during which clients will travel to northern Canada, where they’ll witness thousands of Beluga whales gathering at the mouth of the Churchill River, while also looking for polar bears along the shoreline. On the Poland to Prague itinerary, they’ll spend 10 days exploring Warsaw and the Wieliczka Salt Mines before heading to Prague for more history, culture, and a chance to sample brews from the Staropramen Brewery. Meanwhile, the Switzerland & the Italian Lakes tour gives travelers the chance to experience the best of Alpine Switzerland and Italy on an 11-day journey, which includes a tasting workshop at Lindt chocolatier and a first-class ride on the Glacier Express train.
