This fall, One&Only Resorts has invited a number of leading chefs and winemakers to collaborate on a gourmet dinner series, The Ultimate Global Culinary Adventure, taking place at several of the luxury hotel brand’s properties around the globe. From October to December 2016, seven internationally-acclaimed chefs including Nobu Matsuhisa, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, and Neil Perry will team up with One&Only Resorts’ kitchen staff at upscale properties including the One&Only The Palm in Dubai, Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley in Australia, and One&Only Cape Town in South Africa, to host these special evenings featuring bespoke menu pairings with wines by producers such as Chateaux Margaux, Opus One, and Penfolds Grange. Upcoming dinners include the Oct. 18 event with British star chef James Lowe and wine by Ceretto at One&Only Le Saint Geran in Mauritius; the Nov. 12-14 event with chef Neil Perry and Bass Phillip wine at Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley; and the Dec. 1 event with chef Nobu Matsuhisa + Meerlust at One&Only Cape Town.
