The AC Hotel brand is bringing its third property to Florida with the opening of AC Hotel Gainesville Downtown, just steps away from the University of Florida campus.
Slated to start welcoming guests in early 2018, the property, with its 144 European-inspired guestrooms, will be in the heart of downtown Gainesville as part of the newly constructed The Standard at Gainesville, a 10-story, multi-use complex that includes luxury student housing, shops and restaurants.
AC Hotel Gainesville Downtown is the first AC Hotel in Florida located outside of Miami and will feature Gainesville’s first rooftop fitness center, the AC Bar, where guests and locals can enjoy cocktails, local craft beers, and tapas-style bites, plus a rooftop spa pool, which offers panoramic views of the UF campus, as well as the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.
