The Sandals Royal Bahamian resort has reopened after a $55 million renovation – just one of several big developments happening in Nassau Paradise Island leading into the summer season.
The makeover at the luxury all-inclusive resort on Cable Beach includes a new Island Village with butler-served pool villas, located on the resort’s private island. New dining options include La Plume, with upscale French cuisine.
Summer guests can receive a $1,000 instant booking credit when booking a minimum of seven nights, and up to 65 percent off when booking a minimum of three nights. More details are available at the Sandals website.
Another Nassau Paradise Island icon, the Atlantis resort, also is unveiling renovations for summer 2022. Guest rooms in The Royal Towers will get an island-inspired makeover, and The Beach Tower will be reimagined as “Somewhere Else,” with 400 guestrooms and suites, upscale dining venues and multiple pools.
The Atlantis Casino will also get a refresh, and new slides and climbing areas will be added to the Splashers kid-friendly area of the Aquaventure waterpark. Also new is Pita, a Mediterranean-style beach restaurant.

Nassau Paradise Island’s newest resort, the Margaritaville Beach Resort, has a Summer’s Here Getaway offers that gives guests 20 percent off a one or two night stay, and the Famtastic Stay & Play deal gives guests who book three nights a fourth night free along with a $350 food and beverage credit.
