AmaWaterways’ first Webinar Wednesday of Travel Advisor Appreciation Month was used to announce new incentives that include free sailings, ‘Sell 3, Sail Free’ reward cruises, and gift cards for new bookings.
AmaWaterways will give away complimentary river cruises with roundtrip business class airfare to two travel advisors who attend Webinar Wednesdays during the month of May.
Advisors also can earn $20 gift cards for each new 2022 FIT booking this month. And the new Sell 3, Sail Free incentive rewards travel advisors who book three eligible sailings with a complimentary 7-night river cruise for two.
Reward cruises are earned when when advisors confirm three FIT bookings between Oct. 1, 2021 and Dec. 31, 2022 for 2022 sailings. Advisors can choose from 20 AmaWaterways departures in 2022.
“AmaWaterways expresses appreciation to our travel advisor partners all year long, but the month of May is a special time for our teams to share even more love by offering these additional rewards and incentives,” said Kristin Karst, co-founder and executive vice president of AmaWaterways, in a press release. “As 97% of our sales come from our travel advisors, we also like to use this opportunity to encourage even more travelers to utilize travel advisors by sharing on our social media channels the incredible value they bring to their clients.”
AMAWaterways also announced five new Seminar on the River dates, including a July 31, 2022 Danube cruise on board the revolutionary AmaMagna. These cruises, hosted by AmaWaterways’ sales team, include onboard educational sessions and sales tips to help travel advisors boost their business.
To apply for gift cards, a free cruise with the Sell 3, Sail Free incentive or a Seminar on the River cruise, travel advisors must complete forms found on the AmaWaterways’ Travel Advisor Portal.
