Seven Palace Resorts, temporarily closed due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, are aiming to reopen on May 1, 2020. Those resorts include Moon Palace Cancun, Beach Palace, Sun Palace, Isla Mujeres Palace, Playacar Palace, Moon Palace Jamaica, and Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun.

The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun and Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun are currently open.

In addition, Palace Resorts has a flexibility policy in place that includes:

All previously existing and new reservations at any Palace property made for March and April, are able to modify the date of the reservation to any alternative date from now until December 15, 2020. All penalties associated with date changes to these reservations are waivered. This also applies to non-refundable reservations.
