The all-inclusive Discovery Cove is now offering Luxury Day Bed shaded rentals as another way for guests to upgrade their experience.
Starting at $79 each, Luxury Day Beds fit two adults and offer a secluded, covered setting with plush chaise lounges overlooking the park’s landscaping and beaches. Larger parties can opt for a private cabana, which accommodates six to eight guests and start at just $199. Private cabanas come complete with everything from waterway views, chaise lounges, towel service, stocked mini-fridge, snack basket, photo package, reserved seating for dining, and more. In addition, for a limited time, guests can save up to 30 percent on admission for visits through March 10, 2022.
In addition to lounging and enjoying endless food and drinks, guests have many other ways to enhance their experience with a Discovery Cove upgrade. Considered a bucket list item for many guests, the Shark Swim program is equal parts adrenaline and information, providing an interactive experience leading to a better understanding of these creatures. In another carefully controlled environment, the Signature Dolphin Experience allows each guest the opportunity to spend time with a dolphin in the shallows of Dolphin Lagoon, where an animal care specialist shares insights on dolphin habits, behaviors, their incredible communication abilities, and the special relationships they build every day with these amazing animals.
Other upgrades during an escape to Discovery Cove can include SeaVenture underwater walking tours through The Grand Reef; behind-the-scene visits during Animal Trek; hand-feeding thousands of tropical fish and various species of rays during the morning Ray Feeding; and even a strut with the famous Caribbean flamingos during the daily Flamingo Mingle.
