Tradewind Voyages has officially launched its Caribbean program with sales in North America. In conjunction, it’s offering 15 percent commission and the chance for travel advisors to win a free cruise.

The world’s largest tall ship, Golden Horizon, will make her inaugural voyage in the region from Barbados on Nov. 11. Safe Sailing protocols have also been implemented, to ensure the wellbeing of guests and crew, which include a fully COVID vaccinated policy plus pre boarding (complimentary) antigen testing.

There are 21 departures on offer between Nov. 11, 2021 and March 31, 2022, all of which are roundtrips from Barbados. Each voyage is seven nights and include all meals and soft drinks.

The 140-cabin, 274-guest Golden Horizon’s design is based on France II, a legendary square-rigged tall ship built in 1913, and is inspired by Tea Clippers and Cape Horners. It offers five bars, spa facilities, three pools, a dining room with central skylight and a high staff-to-guest ratio. Its 140 cabins all offer ocean views.

“We’re delighted to open up sales to travelers from North America for the first time, thanks to the appointment of Discover the World as our GSA. Once again, we thank our agent partners and their clients for their support and hope that our Safe Sailing policy will instil further confidence in booking with us,” said Tradewind Voyages’ CEO Alan McGrory in a press release statement. “We are thrilled to offer our guests the opportunity to experience the smaller ports of call and to visit so many beautiful destinations in the Caribbean.”

15 Percent Commission and Free Cruise for Two
Tradewind Voyages is offering 15 percent commission for all cruise bookings made from Septemebr through December 2021. Additionally, there’s a free cruise drawing: Three draw entries for each cruise booked with travel completed by Dec 31, 2021; one draw entry for bookings made during promotion period (September through December 2021) for all other cruise departures; and five additional prizes include $100 Amazon gift cards. (Port charges and taxes of $210 are additional; all prices are per person, based on two people sharing and correct at time of going to print.)
